In 2021, Dominion Towers achieved LEED v4.1 O+M Gold level under the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED® for Existing Building (EB) rating system.

• Water saving devices in restrooms
• Energy management system
• Comprehensive single stream recycling
• Electronics recycling
• Organics composting
• Green cleaning program
• Secured bicycle storage

Dominion Towers is currently maintaining an ENERGY STAR® score of 87. This ranks Dominion in the top 13% tier in energy efficiency among comparable office buildings.
