Maintenance and janitorial services are provided as stated in each individual lease and include a wide range of services such as cleaning, elevator maintenance, and mechanical maintenance.
Additional services to be provided in the tenant space, such as pest control, disposal of large items, furniture moving within your suite and special cleaning services for carpet, wood, metal, marble, glass, etc., can be arranged by calling the Property Management Office at 303.628.1130. These additional services are billed to the individual tenant company.
Standard Building Maintenance
Building Engineers are on duty Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Most requests for maintenance or repairs can be made through the on-line work order system, Building Engines. Once you have submitted the maintenance request form (located in the Forms Section), access codes and instructions will be sent to authorized users via email. The necessary personnel will be automatically alerted and dispatched when a work order is entered. Alternatively, an authorized requestor may call the Management Office. We will have a building day porter, or a building engineer assist you as soon as possible.
After-Hours HVAC
If your company needs heating or air conditioning after normal business hours, an authorized requestor should make the request prior to 12:00 PM of the business day before the service is needed. The service may be requested through the on-line work order system.

Janitorial Services
Dominion Towers provides day porter services during standard business hours for continuous cleaning of the common areas, including Restrooms, Corridors, Lobby, and Exterior Perimeter.
Tenant suite cleaning is performed in the evenings, Monday - Friday. Routine service includes dusting, vacuuming, and emptying waste baskets. As a reminder, please do not place any object near or against trash receptacles if the material is not to be thrown away. For your convenience, trash signs are available in the Management Office to designate boxes or other items for disposal.
Please note that the janitorial crew will not dust any computer equipment, including terminals, hard drives or keyboards or vacuum or dust near computer cables or wires. This is for your protection to avoid disrupting any sensitive computer equipment.
If you have any special requests or require emergency janitorial assistance, please direct your request to the Property Management Office.
