The fire alarm panel, public address systems, elevator controls, emergency plans, building drawings and fire department phones are located in the lobby level Fire Command Center.

The fire alarm panel will trigger an alarm upon detections of smoke, water flow or system trouble alarms. As a fail-safe measure the system is also monitored off-site by a licensed fire alarm monitoring company 24/7/365 days a year.

The public address system is capable of delivering emergency messages to a single floor, multiple floors or the entire building for large scale emergencies. It is extremely important to listen carefully to the emergency message. The emergency message will describe the emergency and give instructions if an evacuation or shelter in place if needed.
